a charmed experience

sami provided excellent service at check-in and helped us book a cab to the southampton cruise terminal. the location felt safe and was very close to the russell square tube station. it was also within easy walking distance of many attractions. i appreciated the proximity to numerous restaurants, pubs, and shops nearby.

the room lacked ac, i found a small dusty fan upon arrival. it wasn't very effective.

The hotel has a luggage storage option needing to store their bags after checkout. This service looked free. there is also a weekly deal at the atrium restaurant, which seemed a good value for money.

The room, recently updated, felt quite comfortable and clean. there were no coat hooks. I had to hang wet coats on the tv. breakfast and wi-fi were included and the room was clean too.

The breakfast offered varied choices. I could easily find something i liked. i found it quite handy that i could leave my bags at the hotel after checking out. I returned later to collect them.

the soundproofing could have been better. some noise from outside was audible in my room.

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection. The staff were very helpful when I needed directions, which I appreciated a lot. The location is near several underground stations. This made getting around easy.

The room lacked air conditioning. The weather was warm, and the room felt a little stuffy.
